A. Integrated Approach Perspective
Training or HR development is one of organization intervention patterns. Its successful achievement is highly related to the development of two other systems in the company, i.e. system and culture. As reflected in the diagram below, people development is meaningless without culture improvement that is heavily rely on system improvement including Policy, Standard Operating Procedures etc.
It is this whole company system framework that underlying our approach in evaluating and designing a training need, even though our area is only in people development system. This approach is a key for us and our clients in setting up an effective training.
B. Training Method Variation
We are truly aware that participants demand an ever more interesting training program.
Anticipating this need, Value Consult is giving its best effort to develop various training method that are interesting and also enhancing the training objective and its impact. Games and videos are focus of our training method development and tens of videos are currently prepared to sustain the effectiveness of our training programs.
Our trainers are practitioners who have a real-world expertise and experiences in his/ her area, most of them hold key positions in the company. With this background, we believe our trainers would bring an updated and interesting training program to the participants.
