BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING (BCP)

Objective

Risk Management(RM) identifies and classifies the inherent risks comprehensively that an organization faces. The key business processes in use are identified and addressed at a high level, to incorporate them into the future planning process. It will start with identification, analysis both qualitative and quantitative, risk scoring, risk rating, risk response (including the action plan and controls), risk register (Key Risk Indicator inclusive) up to risk profile.

ISO 31000 on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and ISACA RiskITwill be utilized as the standard and framework throughout this respective session, let alone the sneak peek of Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) capitalizing ISO 22301.

Moreover, the course will be started with RM, Operational Risk Management (ORM), BCP, DRP, Business Impact Analysis (BIA), then accompanied with how to develop, implement, monitor and control through test, review, and update our BCP in high-level perspectives.

  • In order for effective learning and full appreciation of the course, the course will be delivered with 40% of the time devoted to important concepts and theory topics whilst 60% allocated for discussions, use cases, case studies and exercises.

Sebagai auditor dan konsultan, telah memberikan layanan tersebut kepada 35 perusahaan dan organisasi. Puluhan sertifikasi internasional sudah diperolehnya sampai dengan saat ini.

Selain itu, beliau juga telah mengadakan dan memberikan pelatihan, perkuliahan, seminar, konferensi dan workshop sebanyak lebih dari 230 sesi dan 5500 jam lebih kepada sekitar 7500 peserta di Indonesia maupun luar negeri kepada lebih dari 70 perusahaan dan organisasi.

Sebagai penulis, sudah mengarang 2 buku dan 22 courseware serta sudah menulis, melakukan review dan editing atas 300 artikel, manuskrip, paper dan white paper seputar Telematika dan Manajemen di lebih dari 20 media, publikasi, organisasi, jurnal dan konferensi.
