Penting uraian pekerjaan tidak perlu lagi dipertanyakan. Uraian pekerjaan merupakan uraian tertulis yang menunjukkan hasil kerja akhir dari setiap pemegang jabatan. Uraian pekerjaan yang ditulis dengan benar akan memberikan manfaat bagi penentuan gaji, manajemen kinerja, perencanaan kebutuhan SDM, rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan, perencanaan karir, golongan dan berbagai manfaat lain.

Atas dasar ini, kami merancang program penulisan urain pekejaan dengan sasaran, setelah mengikutinya, peserta akan mampu menulis uraian pekerjaan sendiri.
